Richard Edwards, Founder

Richard Edwards was raised in Southern North Carolina, where he developed a strong appreciation for land stewardship, conservation, and community values. He served nine years with the North Carolina Wildlife Commission, including leadership as Chair of the Waterfowl and Youth Recruitment Commission, promoting conservation and youth engagement across the state.

He has helped facilitate some of the largest land acquisitions in Brunswick, Hyde, and Columbus counties. Backed by an experienced team with active cash buyers, Richard specializes in farm, swamp, and agricultural land of all sizes—large and small. As an active land developer and consultant, he brings deep regional knowledge and a practical, results-driven approach to responsible land development.
